What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and year, and your location. We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the service you have requested, and keep basic records as required for tax and accounting purposes. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (when you submit an enquiry), performance of a contract (when we carry out work for you), and legal obligation (record keeping).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Enquiry emails are delivered and stored by our email hosting provider (Hostinger). If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta's WhatsApp terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website is used.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe we have processed your information unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
