The ‘TV-in-motion’ activation service is available via the vehicle’s OBD port and disables the TV safety feature, enabling the TV or DVD to be viewed whilst the car is in motion. TV activation is available for all Mercedes NTG-2 Comand systems and all BMW models E60, E61, E63, E65, E87, E90, E91 and more, via the OBD port. Many more cars are added weekly — call us if you can’t see your vehicle on the list.
Please note: the TV in motion / DVD in motion / unlocking service is available for vehicles that already have a working TV or DVD. This service enables your current TV or DVD to remain active in motion. We cannot activate a TV or DVD function your vehicle does not already have.
Rochester, Strood, Frindsbury and Wainscott have TV activation on call seven days — done beside the castle or beside your garage, whichever suits.
Medway trade customers: forecourt batches are welcome, priced per vehicle before we start.
When a mobile service is not possible or simply not convenient, we have a postal service covering the whole of the UK. Once the speedo is received, we aim to have the correction carried out and the speedometer back in the post within 24 hours.
